Once you decide to choose SGVA for your virtual assistant needs, you will receive a Service Agreement Contract and Confidentiality/Non-Disclosure Agreement.

If you had the chance to reinvent your career, what would you do? Many have been faced with this same question—whether they’re dissatisfied with their initial profession, regrouping after a layoff, or responding creatively to unforeseen bumps in the road. In Susan Gibbons’ case, she took stock of what she was good at; being organized and helping others optimize their time, and has springboarded it into her own successful business. Founded in April 2009, Susan Gibbons Virtual Assistants has helped many small businesses achieve their goals and be more successful. “I started as a Program Manager with a tech firm, but my real passion is in making a small business run more smoothly, making it more efficient, and optimizing the owner's time.”


After taking classes to learn how to create and run her own business, Susan never looked back. There were positive signs all along the way. From the very first day she started her website and got hired to do research for someone to become a member of the USTA, she knew she was on the right path.


These days SGVA has clients around the globe, and has the expertise and knowledge of technical tools at their fingertips to jump in and contribute on any level needed. “We take the time-consuming tasks off of people’s desks.
