How can we help your business succeed?

You can choose to set up a phone meeting right away if that is what suits you or you can choose to receive an e-mail with answers to your questions. We will need to know what you do, where you may be struggling and what your goals are. There is no time limit on consultations – take as much time as you need to understand if we’re the fit for you. During this consultation, you can expect:

    •    Significant time spent on understanding your business, time challenges and your goals
    •    A clear overview of how SGVA will work with you on your business
    •    The services we provide that will best support you
    •    A clear discussion regarding fees and billing
    •    Plenty of time for all your questions
    •    A comprehensive plan for next steps

Step Three - Kickoff!

Once we decide to partner together, you will receive a Welcome Packet that includes your Service Agreement Contract, Confidentiality/Non-Disclosure Agreement, how our Billing works and tips on how to work best with your virtual assistant. (Note about confidentiality/security: We have done everything we can to make you feel safe and secure when you’re working with us. If you have additional agreements you would like us to sign, we’re happy to do so.) Once this information is remitted back to us, we will get the details on the first task you would like us to complete.

Many potential clients ask us what happens in our day-to-day work together. Here’s how it works:

You are assigned to a dedicated VA. Your dedicated Virtual Assistant will check in with you as frequently as requested to see how we may be of support to you. Send us a task and you can consider it done!

This is just another way we build convenience into our plans. You are billed precisely to the minute, so you’re never losing money. A timer is used to track your Virtual Assistant’s time and time tracker reports are generated and sent to you regularly.

We will request feedback in order to evaluate how things are going in your business and how we can work alongside you to help you improve. We work hard to partner with you for your continued success.

Where ever you go, we’re here for you!

If you had the chance to reinvent your career, what would you do? Many have been faced with this same question—whether they’re dissatisfied with their initial profession, regrouping after a layoff, or responding creatively to unforeseen bumps in the road. In Susan Gibbons’ case, she took stock of what she was good at; being organized and helping others optimize their time and has spring boarded it into her own successful business. Celebrating 8 years in operation this April 2017, Susan Gibbons Virtual Assistants has helped many small businesses achieve their goals and be more successful. “I started out as a Program Manager with a tech firm, but my real passion is in making a small business run more smoothly, making it more efficient, and optimizing the owners time.”

After taking classes to learn how to create and run her own business, Susan has never looked back. There were positive signs all along the way. From the first day she started her website she got hired to do research for someone to become a member of the USTA, she knew she was on the right path.

These days SGVA has clients around the country, and has the expertise and knowledge of technical tools at their fingertips to jump in and contribute on any level needed. “We take the time consuming tasks off of people’s desks. This gives small business owners the freedom to work on growing their business bottom line, having more free time or whatever their goal is we’re here to help make it happen. Our catch phrase is Fire Yourself. That says it all."
