Who I Am
I’m Susan Gibbons, and I’ve been doing this since 2009.
I’m not a task platform. I’m not a chatbot. I’m a U.S.-based executive virtual assistant who works directly with founders, CEOs, and small business owners who are ready to stop doing everything themselves.
Over the past 17+ years, I’ve worked with business owners across industries learning their rhythms, anticipating what they need before they ask, and quietly handling the operational layer of their businesses so they can focus on the parts they actually love.

The Human Difference
AI can do a lot. I use it myself. But AI can’t call the airline when your flight gets canceled and actually negotiate something useful. It can’t read a vendor’s tone and decide that this situation needs a phone call, not another email. It can’t notice that a pattern is emerging before it becomes a problem.
What I offer is judgment based on experience, not just execution. I use the tools available to work efficiently, and then I apply the human layer that turns good work into real results. That’s not something you can automate.
